History
Bomin Electronics has been established for 30 years, with three major production bases in Shenzhen, Meizhou, and Jiangsu. The company focuses on manufacturing high-level printed circuit boards (PCBs), including HDI boards, high-multilayer boards, microwave high-frequency boards, thick copper boards, metal-based/core boards, flexible boards, rigid-flex boards, ceramic substrates, and passive components. These products are widely used in telecommunications, medical devices, testing systems, aerospace, home electronics, and new energy sectors. According to China Printed Circuit Association(CPCA) statistics, Bomin ranked 16th in domestic PCB industry in 2023.
Since July 2011, Bomin has been mass-producing HDI boards, being one of the earliest factories in China to produce HDI PCBs. In 2023, the monthly production reached 315,000 square meters, yet it still couldn’t meet the growing demand. The Meizhou factory, with a total investment of about 3 billion RMB and an area of 282.7 acres, is being expanded. Once completed and operational in 2026,it will produce 3.6 million square meters of high-end PCBs annually.
Boyue Intelligent
Boyue Intelligent was established in 2016 and began cooperating with Bomin Electronics. Before this, Boyue's CEO had worked at Jove Circuit Factory for ten years , gaining recognition for his outstanding capabilities and managing various engineering departments. Persuaded by his friends, he joined a 300-employee PCB factory as the plant manager in 2010, where he tripled its sales value in five years. Due to different developing prospects among the 3 shareholders, he left and started his own company the next year.
After collaborate with Bomin, Boyue's HDI orders grew fivefold annually, reaching $4 million in sales within three years, making it one of Bomin's top 10 customers. To facilitate customer reception and internal communication, Bomin appointed Boyue's CEO as the sales director of its marketing center in Shenzhen. Although Boyue operates independently, it also functions as Bomin's internal sales department, participating in company activities.
